Hi! I wanted to share something with you that has had a profound impact on both my business and personal life—a concept I like to call "My Mastermind Getting Started Formula" It’s all about building powerful connections that can truly change the game for you.
Grab a piece of paper and start drawing a circle. In the center, place yourself, and then draw eight lines extending from that circle. Along each line, jot down the names of eight people in your life that you feel have had or HAVE an important impact on you.
Now comes the interesting part. Take a moment to think about the unique skills and talents each person possesses… jot them down for each person. Next, reflect on how you can offer support and help to each of them in their own pursuits. By being clear about the connections you have and the ways you can assist one another, you can create a network of support that works wonders…both ways.
Here’s another tip: Don’t hesitate to include the names of people you’d love to connect with. Think about their skills and capabilities and how you could be of help to them. Remember, meaningful connections are built on genuine giving.
When you approach others with a sincere willingness to provide value, you set the stage for powerful relationships.
Sometimes people may not even be aware of what they truly want or need. This is where your role as a "Problem Solver Detective" comes into play. Listen closely and try to understand the challenges they might be facing.
By empathizing and offering solutions to their pain points, you create a bond based on trust and care.
