| Hi, In both Business and Life, there are those who take and those who give. Having a group of giving people can greatly benefit a group that is working together towards a goal… whether it is an individual goal or a group goal. While it may be difficult to achieve a team that is solely made up of givers, I strive to have as many giving individuals as possible in my Mastermind groups. This is because I believe that the most incredible environment is created when intelligent and skilled people are eager to assist one another. A group of givers can create magic and is a vital element in achieving the ultimate group environment. Ask yourself… who do you enjoy being around… AND, don’t you really get a lot of joy GIVING to other people as well? I think we all know the answers inside, now you, go out and make the “change” you would like to see in others, but this time you put the efforts out first. … I am just saying?… Do “Suummmthing” about it and see the change it will make for you. |
