| Hey there! Do you care about building a Strong Personal Brand? The importance of a personal brand is a crucial step on your way on your entrepreneurial journey. It is crucial that you define it well and set the standard for Who You Are, What You Stand For, and What people can expect of you when doing business with you. Are you True To Your customers…do you Keep what you promised and do you truly CARE about your customers? All of these will DETERMINE how others will view you and not the least decide whether to do business with you or not. Essential elements of a personal brand are aspects such as true authenticity, consistency, and value proposition. Are you truly who you say you are and do you live up to it consistently? What unique value do you offer and how are you UNIQUELY different from others? Do you solve the biggest Pain Point that your Ideal customer has and have you clearly Defined your Avatar / your Unique, IDEAL customer? …these things are incredibly important and have everything to do with your success. Building an online presence is not a walk in the park…it needs to shine through in all your efforts…all your communication down to the nitty gritty of emails and phone calls that you have with your customers. And of course, your Social Media presence and communication are crucial for you to keep that consistency. You should not SELL to a customer that truly would not benefit from your product/services. You should actually DECLINE him… and do what is right. You should actually be the one to tell him that he is not the right fit for your product and send him elsewhere…. And even better yet, if you can send him to someone that truly would help him. I am sure you can think of several brands out there that have products and services that you feel a strong connection to… like Apple, Nike, Amazon, Sony, Mercedes… the list goes on… they have done something right…so pay close attention to what they have done and continue to do. … I am just saying… Do “Suummmthing” about it and see the change it will make for you.
